药代动力学
临床前药代动力学是应用动力学原理与数学模型,定量地描述药物的吸收(absorption),分布(distribution),代谢(metabolism)和排泄(elimination)过程随时间变化动态规律。 实验研究遵循ICH、CFDA和FDA的指导原则,可以根据客户需求设计并开展体内、体外药代动力学试验,为客户提供一整套药代动力学评价和优化服务。

药物代谢也成为生物转化,是药物从体内消除的主要方式之一。药物在体内的生物转化主要有I相代谢和II相代谢。药物代谢转化是药物发挥疗效以及及时失活排泄的关键。
血浆动力学检测
按一定给药途径给药后,描绘机体内需要浓度随时间变化的曲线,并提供药物在体内经过时过程的各种药动学参数,如血药浓度-时间曲线,峰浓度Cmax、达峰时间tmax等来评价药物吸收速度和程度,是药代动力学基础研究方法。
组织分布研究
药物进入血液后,随血液分布到机体各组织中与靶分子发生反应,产生生物学效应。药物在体内分布是影响药效的重要因素。药物的组织分布实验主要是要了解药物在全身个组织器官的分布情况。
